Develop the knowledge and skills to manage information flow and information systems technology in a healthcare setting. This is the first of a two part course that is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the issues in healthcare information technology. This course involves the different information systems found in a healthcare setting: registration, laboratory, pharmacy, imaging, financial, and others.
